The NC DENR Department of Air Quality will hear public comments on Session Law 2012-91 Section 1, which makes "recommendations to reduce unnecessary regulatory burden." The 2012 Law virtually eliminated North Carolina\'s health-based air toxic regulations, which will impact every backyard. Persons wishing to make comments should arrive early to sign in, and prepare a written response to be included in the records. Your voice matters and it counts!
